Peloton Gift Card Terms and Conditions

General Terms

By the purchase, acceptance, or use of the Peloton Gift Card in physical or digital form ("Gift Card") and in consideration for your right to use the Gift Card, you agree to be bound by (a) these Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”); (b) the Terms set forth on the back of any physical Gift Card or contained within the email or other activation correspondence for a digital Gift Card; and (c) the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set forth on the websites of Issuer or Brand (both as defined below), which are expressly incorporated herein. The term “Cardholder”, as used in these Terms and Conditions, means any purchaser, giftee, donee, or user of the Gift Card. The terms "you" and "your" means the Cardholder.

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term “Brand” and “Issuer” shall mean the named entity and any of its predecessors, successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents. These Terms and Conditions, along with those set forth on the back of any Gift Card, apply to all Gift Cards (whether physical or digital) issued by TOTUS GC UK, LTD (the “Issuer”) on behalf of Peloton (the “Brand”).

These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change without notice, and some items may not be available for purchase. Please visit peloton.giftcardhelp.co.uk for the current Terms and Conditions, and limitations.

Use of Gift Card

This Gift Card is redeemable only toward the purchase of merchandise available at any UK Peloton location (if applicable) and from www.onepeloton.co.uk (“Website”) and where approved by Peloton. This Gift Card cannot be used toward the purchase of Gift Cards.

Nonreturnable; No Resale Without Consent

The resale of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited without the written consent of Issuer and Brand.

Not Redeemable for Cash

This Gift Card is not redeemable for cash except as required by law.

Not Reloadable

Your Gift Card is not reloadable.

Issuer; Liability

Your Gift Card is issued and administered by TOTUS GC UK, Ltd. (Company No. 15174561), who Registered Office is 48 Chancery Lane, London, WC2 1FJ, United Kingdom and whose business office is 7150 East Camelback Rd., Suite 444, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251. The Card is the property of the Issuer.

The balance on any Gift Card is solely the liability of the Issuer.

Your Right to Cancel

Gift Cards purchased online or by other sale at a distance that have not been used can be cancelled within 14 days after the date the Gift Card was received. To cancel the Gift Card, contact onepelotonukgiftcardsupport@cashstar.com. You should retain the original receipt or record of purchase of the Gift Card and the Gift Card number, as you may be required to provide it as proof of purchase. The balance on the Gift Card will be returned via the method it was purchased, e.g. to the purchaser’s debit or credit card. Gift Cards purchased in-store that have not been used may be cancelled in accordance with the refund policy of that retailer.

Refusal to Honor a Gift Card; Unauthorized Purchase

Issuer and Brand reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to honor a Gift Card if:

The Gift Card has been purchased or otherwise obtained from an unauthorized seller or reseller, including through any auction site;
A physical Gift Card has been altered, modified, or damaged in any manner;
The Gift Card was issued in violation of any anti-money laundering policy of the Issuer or Brand or any applicable law relating to anti-money laundering or terrorist financing;

Issuer reserves the right to disable a Gift Card if it has reason to believe or suspects that a Gift Card was obtained, used or applied fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Not for Promotional Use

Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising, or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) unless approval is received in writing from the Issuer.

No Use for Improper Purpose or Implied Affiliation

Use by a Cardholder of the Brand’s name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) in connection with the purchase or use of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of any Gift Card in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product, or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, Peloton or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is prohibited.

Gift Card Balance

Gift Card balances may also be checked by clicking the customer support link and following the directions, applying the Gift Card to the cart during checkout when you make a purchase on the Website, or by contacting Customer Services. Please note that the balance given or reflected online is an estimate only. Such balance may be periodically adjusted or changed in the event of a purchase or other charge or transaction on your Gift Card.

Questions; Replacement; and Refunds

You can contact Customer Services for general questions about use of your Gift Card, the replacement of, your Gift Card, a cancellation request.

Gift Cards Do Not Expire

Your Gift Card does not expire.

No fees apply to your Gift Card.

Lost, Stolen or Unauthorized Use of Gift Cards

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Neither Issuer nor Brand shall have liability to the Cardholder for (i) lost or stolen Gift Cards or the (ii) unauthorized use of a Gift Card.

Compliance with Laws

By purchasing, accepting, or using your Gift Card, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and that the Gift Card will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to other consumers, the Issuer, or the Brand.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit our liability to you where it cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Look after your Gift Card, it should be treated like cash. We cannot accept lability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards. If it is lost or stolen, we will not replace it.

We have no liability to you for unauthorised access to, or use of, your Gift Card.

Applicable Law

The Cardholder acknowledges and agrees that the issuance, purchase, and use of this Gift Card is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The law applicable to the interpretation and construction of these Terms and Conditions shall be England and Wales.

Conflicts

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and those contained in the Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions shall control and govern.
