Are physical Peloton gift cards available for purchase?

Physical Peloton Gift Cards are not available at this time. However, you may print your digital Peloton Gift Card.

I never received my Peloton Gift Card. Who should I contact?

If you purchased a Peloton Gift Card for Peloton Fitness Equipment, accessories or a Peloton membership, please email onepelotonukgiftcardsupport@cashstar.com with your order number.

How do I redeem my Peloton Gift Card?

Peloton Gift Cards (numeric card numbers only) can be redeemed for authorized goods and Peloton memberships at www.onepeloton.co.uk by entering your gift card information at checkout. Peloton Gift Cards may also be redeemed at participating Peloton retail stores and studios.

Peloton Gift Cards (alphanumeric card numbers) can be redeemed for authorized goods at apparel.onepeloton.co.uk.

Does the TOTUS GC UK, Ltd. issued Peloton Gift Card have an expiration date or any associated non-use fees?

TOTUS GC UK, Ltd. issued Peloton Gift Cards do not expire or incur any fees.

How can I check my Peloton Gift Card balance on a TOTUS GC UK, Ltd. issued Gift Card?

If your Peloton Gift Card was purchased on onepelotonuk.cashstar.com, you can check your balance by using the Customer Support Tools link in your eGift card email.

Peloton Gift Card balances can also be checked by applying the gift card to your cart at checkout or by contacting our team at onepelotonukgiftcardsupport@cashstar.com.

How can I request a refund for my TOTUS GC UK, Ltd. issued Peloton Gift Card if it has a low balance?

Peloton Gift Cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Peloton Gift Cards will be not replaced or refunded except where required by law.
